The service, especially from the receptionists Lucy and Huyen, was amazing and super kind. The location was perfect, with great cafes and restaurants nearby. I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the Old Quarter near the bustling Hoan Kiem Lake.
